Tasveer Youth Collective Presents How to Have Difficult Conversations with Teens?

In these challenging times of pandemic with increased isolation and uncertainty, our community struggles to address mental health with their youth. Join teen therapist Dipti for an intimate parent interactive session to learn some tips and strategies on how to engage in meaningful conversations with our teens, in culturally effective ways. We will talk about the physical and emotional wellness of our youth. Come meet community members and have your questions answered.

About Dipti Chrastka: Born and raised in Bombay, India, Dipti Chrastka is a licensed marriage and family therapist, life coach, EDI consultant and trainer. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of mental health, youth and family support, consultation, individual and group therapy, suicide prevention and Wellness support. She brings supervisory and leadership expertise at the organizational level as well as a deep commitment and passion for social justice and equity. Dipti has raised two adult children and is an Ethnic Minority trainer/specialist in Asian/Pacific Islander populations. She currently works as Director of Wellness at UW School of Medicine.
