3rd SAID: South Asian International Docufest

The 2017 South Asian International Documentary Festival (SAID) is  organized by Tasveer. It is supported by Seattle Department of Neighborhoods. It is the only South Asian Documentary festival in the Northwest. With submissions from a wide array of South Asian communities a rich set of subjects are offered. The festival aims to provide our community with quality documentaries that speak directly to the issues relevant to South Asia. Tasveer offers cash prizes for the best feature Documentary and Best short Documentary along with virtual interactions with selected writers and directors. SAID is produced by Tasveer, a 501c3 non-profit organization.
