The Tasveer Festival will create a lively, stimulating environment focused on exploring issues facing the South Asian diaspora.
Through in-person film screenings, fireside chats, panels, Q&As and networking in Seattle, the festival aims to engage audiences beyond the films themselves. The goal is to foster prolonged discussion and understanding around the social, political, personal and international issues at the core of these cinematic works.
By bringing people together around important topics, the 18th annual Tasveer Festival in Seattle will deliver more than just great films. It will deliver greater cultural awareness, empathy and community.
